PBIX A11y has expanded again with a practical new tool for anyone designing accessible and user friendly Power BI reports. The Minimum Font Size Calculator automatically works out the smallest readable font size for any canvas, no formulas, ratios or manual scaling required.
Just enter your canvas width and height (in pixels) and the tool instantly returns:
- Minimum accessible font size
- Recommended body text size
- Recommended subtitle size
- Recommended title size
It’s all based on our post “Power BI Font Scaling Guide for New Canvas Sizes” (12pt baseline at 1280×720, scaled proportionally by canvas height) and aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level A & AA.
