In my last post, I shared that I’d been named a finalist for Speaker of the Year at the Women in Tech Global Awards 2025. And here is an update: although I was not the winner of category Speaker of the Year, something unexpected happened: I’ve been recognised as a winner of the Women in Tech Community Award (Individual/Public Voting).
This award is entirely decided by public vote, which makes the recognition incredibly meaningful. It reinforces the importance of the work I care deeply about, closing the gender gap in tech, inspiring the next generation in STEM, and championing digital accessibility. Thank you to everyone who supported and believed in this mission.
